What file format I would receive the footage?

To maintain the best quality we strongly recommend that the video clips are in your project (pre-render) as Targas. You can export and render the files in any file format of your choice. For those who are not familiar, the following tutorial demonstrates how to import a Targa file:



How will I receive the video footage after the purchase?

The Video footage is sent to your account email as a compressed file “WinRAR." You will simply receive the downloadable link from "WeTransfer" within 24 hours of purchase of the clip. You can extract it by right clicking on the file. If you haven’t already, you will need to download WinRAR from the site http://www.win-rar.com (free). 

The footage can also be sent to your mailing address in a CD format upon request and a small shipping & handling fee. 

The chosen clips on our website have been selected from thousands of hours of recording time and diligently worked on by our dedicated professionals  to create user-friendly files which can instantly be dragged into your project panel to create the desired outcome.

 

What is the resolution and frame rate?

All the footages are recorded high resolution 1920x 1080 frame rate 29.97 except occasional shots (fast animal movement) where rates are 59.94 (the resolution is 1280x720). For these few shots recorded at double the frames, you will need to adjust the speed accordingly (x2) to see the desired results so that they don’t appear in slow motion. 

 

Why some clips are suggested "not to scale up”?

It is just a precautionary note. The size of the given animal when layered with other footages if resized up to a certain degree may result in some detail loss (loss in resolution). There would be some pixilation bringing the quality down a notch. The loss of image quality may not be an issue for a given project as it may or may not be visually discernible depending upon the screen size and the distance of the viewer from the screen.

Why some clips are suggested "to position low in the comp window”?

Some of our footage may not include the full image of the animal and may require low/high or side positioning in the composition window, masking or using a foreground layer. Positioning the animal properly in the composition should easily solve this problem. We suggest that you download the low resolution footage and try it on your project to get some idea of usability of the clip for your project before you make the purchase.

I am having problems downloading low resolution watermarked footages. 

 

As a courtesy we can send 1-2 low resolution files to your registered email if you encounter download problems.  



Returns:

All digital movie sales are final. We will do our best to satisfy our customers if any legitimate grievances occur. Just to make the buying process easier, we have enabled the downloading of low resolution clear alpha channel footages. We strongly recommend the download to be tested in the project panel before buying.

Custom Projects:

Custom Projects are possible, but we will have to review the nature of the work. It may take several weeks to provide the product.

We use Authorize.net which utilizes industry-leading technologies and protocols, such as 128- bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and is compliant with the US government and industry security initiatives Online Payment Service  (PCIDSS). So with this, your transaction and credit card is totally secure against any possible breaches. We do not store credit card information

What are the Payment options besides the credit card?

We accept all major credit cards. If you prefer bank wire transfer, the information will be provided upon request.

Irrespective of your mode of payment, we have our policy to wait for the payment to be successfully posted before we send the media files. Please note that we will not be able to release the video for mail or download until the payment is credited to our account.

When checking out, you will get a prompt where you can check the box to receive the footage in a CD. There will be some extra mailing & handling charges. Please allow 2-5 business days for US orders and 7-14 business days for international orders.
